You choose the destination.
PixelPrep Tools handles the specifications.

Private by construction

Your photos stay yours.

PixelPrep Tools performs the work inside your browser. It does not need an account, cloud upload, or external processing service to prepare your files.

No uploads

Your image data is processed on the device you are using.

Camera metadata removed

Re-encoding removes common camera metadata. Visible personal details remain in the picture.

Session-only editing

Closing or refreshing clears the editor; originals and downloads stay on your device.

Before you prepare this file

  • The editor counts 1 KB as 1024 bytes. If a receiver means decimal KB or requires strictly less than its limit, try 480 KB for headroom.
  • Keep original dimensions is a flexible compression mode: dimensions may shrink if needed. Check any minimum dimensions after preparing.
  • For mandatory exact dimensions, enter a fixed canvas. The tool reports a failure if that canvas cannot fit the target with its encoding limits.
