About PixelPrep Tools

A practical tool for the image you already have.

An upload form asks for a smaller file. A profile needs a square photo. Your phone saves a format another website cannot open. PixelPrep Tools helps you prepare a copy without changing your original.

What the tool actually does

Choose a destination or type dimensions and a format. The editor shows the frame, lets you move and zoom the photo, and prepares a JPG, PNG, or WebP download. Multiple finished images can be downloaded in a ZIP. The workflow uses image-processing rules, not AI generation or a face-retouching service.

Preset dimensions are a starting point. Some are linked to official instructions; others are common design sizes. They do not establish that a government, employer, printer, or social platform will accept the result. The guides explain where resizing helps and where it does not.

Free tools, supported by advertising

There are no paid plans, purchases, or accounts. The service is intended to be funded through clearly labelled advertising. Ads are not active pending approval and consent testing. You never need to click an advertisement to download a result.

You can prepare five images in a two-hour window in this browser. Each successful preparation uses one slot; inspecting a preview or downloading an existing result again does not. If a file fails to prepare, its reserved slot is returned. Keep the page open until your downloads are saved.

Your photos stay on your device

The editor decodes, crops, and re-encodes images in your browser. It does not upload them to an image-processing server. Refreshing or closing the page clears the working session. Website hosting and Google consent services involve separate connection data; see the Privacy Policy for those details.

Who operates PixelPrep Tools

PixelPrep Tools is an owner-operated business registered under the name PixelPrep Tools, based in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. It is independent of the platforms and government bodies named in the destination list. The owner maintains the service and handles support and privacy enquiries.

Contact support or report a correction

Email support@pixelpreptools.com. For a technical issue, include your browser, device, input format, approximate image dimensions, chosen destination, and the error message. Do not attach passports, identity documents, payment information, or sensitive photos.

For a preset correction, include the destination name and a link to the current official requirements. Guides describe this tool’s controls and limitations; they are not official application advice. A corrected requirement is more helpful than a sensitive sample file.
