Terms of Service

You may use PixelPrep Tools only for images you own or are authorized to process. You must not use the service to violate privacy, intellectual-property, identity-document, fraud, or other applicable laws, or to interfere with the service.

PixelPrep Tools provides technical cropping, dimensions, formats, and compression. Passport, visa, identity, and application presets are sizing aids only. They do not certify acceptance or replace current instructions from the issuing authority.

PixelPrep Tools is free to use and is intended to be funded by clearly labelled advertising, not paid plans. Advertising is not active pending approval and consent testing. You can prepare five images per two-hour window in this browser. Each successful preparation counts, including preparing an edited image again; previews and repeat downloads do not count. The window starts with the first reserved preparation. This is a browser-local allowance, not an account-wide quota. Changes to limits will be shown on the tool.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. You are responsible for reviewing every output before relying on it and for keeping original files. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PixelPrep Tools is not responsible for indirect losses, rejected submissions, or lost source files.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Brand and government names identify destinations only; PixelPrep Tools is not affiliated with or endorsed by those organizations. You retain rights to your images. Do not submit unlawful content or use the tool for forgery or impersonation.

Material changes will be posted with a revised date. Payments are not accepted. PixelPrep Tools is operated from Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections in your jurisdiction. Contact availability is shown on the About & support page.
